The Sweetspot Challenge

It’s almost assumed that you know what you’re good at and what you love to do…

But many people aren’t sure. Some studies suggest 8 out of 10 people still don’t know ‘what they want to be when they grow up’!

It took me 12 years to really figure it out for myself, because I never knew how. And that struggle led me to create different ways for people to get clarity and self-awareness. And not just the assessment or personality test kind, though those are great. But the practical kind.

The what-do-I-do-next kind.

I always hated when people asked, “Where do you want to be in 5 years?”. Especially in interviews.

I just thought, “I DON’T KNOW! Who knows that!? I want to talk to the person who actually knows the answer to that question…”

Well, now I’m that guy who knows. So… I guess I should talk to myself? Ha! Anyway…

Turns out, the answers to what you love and are good at are usually right in front of you the whole time. It just takes some intentional looking at the clues from your experiences.

I created a little game to get some quick insights into how you’re wired. What you love to do. What you’re passionate about. What gives you energy and you should do more of (and what you should do less of too!).

It only takes 2 minutes a day, for 7 days, and I call it the Sweetspot Challenge.

People are taking the free challenge with friends and family and having lots of fun comparing answers! And some are gaining really meaningful insights about themselves and what to do next. Making progress with questions like:

  • What am I good at? What are my passions?
  • What do I do with that stirring inside to do something more?
  • How do I get confidence in what I’m good at?
  • What’s my unique purpose or mission?
  • How do I figure out the right business to start or direction for my career?
  • What’s the right role for me?
  • How can I find the courage to make a change?
